Anything Appliance is a residential appliance repair company based in Hooksett, New Hampshire, also serving Southern Maine. The business describes itself as a manufacturer-authorized service provider and holds BBB accreditation with an A+ rating. Reviewers across Google, Angi and HomeAdvisor repeatedly name individual technicians — Savannah, Kelly, Bill, Ian, Justin, Cisco, Mike and James — for thorough, knowledgeable repair work on major brands including Bosch, GE, Whirlpool and Wolf appliances. Several customers describe the company helping navigate manufacturer warranty claims, including arranging a discounted GE refrigerator replacement after a repair wasn't possible and completing warranty repairs for Bosch- and GE-covered appliances. Same-day or next-day response is cited repeatedly across reviews spanning 2022 through 2026. The written record also includes a recurring set of complaints. Several reviewers, spanning 2022 through 2024, describe being charged what they considered marked-up prices for replacement parts — one said a part billed at $220 was found online for $105, and another described a quoted ice-maker pump repair near $1,000. Other reviews describe scheduling and communication breakdowns, including a canceled appointment with no notice and repeated hang-ups when trying to rebook. In a 2022 review, one customer said the company declined to service a warrantied Whirlpool washer and was rude on the call, and in a 2025 review a customer disputed the technician's stove-burner diagnosis. Anything Appliance appears well suited for major-brand repairs and manufacturer warranty coordination, given how often specific technicians and successful outcomes are named by returning customers; anyone booking a repair may want to confirm parts pricing and the appointment window upfront given the pattern of billing and scheduling complaints in the written record.
We called Anything Appliance and they were very responsive came out within a couple days was able to service our refrigerator and everything went great. They were very professional communication was wonderful and I would highly recommend them again.
Came out to diagnose my 3 year old refrigerator. The tech was on the phone the whole time with other people trying to figure out what was wrong with it. He really didn't know what he was doing. They ordered parts fane back out to replace. Cost me about $1,000 and when he left he said he wasn't sure that was the right part and I shouldn't go fill it up with $500 worth of food. He had told me if that didn't take care of the problem it would need a new control board. It's a summer home so we're not here all the time. I also asked them to install an ice maker that I purchased before I called them that had broke. They wouldn't put it in because I bought the part Direct. He told me the ice maker I bought was the wrong one and he could order me a new one. After he left I Googled it and installed it myself and it's been working great ever since. About a month later we had the fridge stocked and it stopped working again. Now they won't come back out without coming out to diagnose it with a charge when they already know it's the control board. They want to charge me to come out twice again to fix what they didn't fix right in the first place. I also have a Kegerator refrigerator that wasn't working. He said we don't work on that brand fridge. SO MUCH FOR ANYTHING APPLAINCE! I was told the owner was going to call me and they never did. Gave them 2 weeks before posting this review to see if they'd make it right. Call someone else they're clueless and charge to much.
Anything Appliance responded quickly, provided a clear quote, set appropriate expectations, and promptly completed the work we needed. Their technician was respectful and helpful. We would definitely use them again!
Easy and great to work with! Mine was a simple job of disconnect/reconnecting a gas stove for new flooring. They followed up during the time that the new floor was being installed to make sure everything was all set. Tech was on-time both days and even adjusted the burners on the stove. Would definitely hire them again!
This place has some contact with Frigidaire to fix warranty issues. First they came out then left to order a part. That part was 'broken' when they came to install. They left to order said part again. Third visit they say this isn't the part we need at all. Left to "order another part" and have not heard a word since ( that was 2 weeks ago). Frigidaire was notified by Anything that the issue is resolved entirely after the second visit. Now theres a brand new dead unit as the problem that started in the freezer has continued to the fridge. Frigidaire has agreed to refund but that takes weeks and the refund is only issued after the fact because Anything noted that the issue was fixed. 3 full freezers of food lost. A full fridge of food lost. I just want to note I purchased this refrigerator for my elderly Mother, Uncle, and Grandfather as they could not afford it in the first place.
