The voicemail at Appliance World tells you to skip the callback and text a picture of the broken machine instead. A March 2024 reviewer whose oven wouldn't come up to temp on a Friday did exactly that, and Tony came over late that same Friday. The shop works out of 3 Pine Street Extension in Nashua; the Better Business Bureau lists it as Appliance World, LLC, nine years in business, with Tony Cunha as owner. On Google it holds 4 stars from 31 ratings, and the work customers describe is one machine at a time. In a May 2024 review, an LG refrigerator ice maker was running again in a single visit, with the seal problem behind it addressed as well. A July 2024 review describes a dryer that wouldn't sense moisture and kick on the heat: the call came in over a weekend, Tony got back the next day, scheduled a day or two out and arrived on time. In an April 2024 review, a customer said he answered the phone on a Saturday, arrived Monday, gave an honest assessment of the stove and charged what they called a fair price. The most recent review, from April 2026, describes clear communication, a punctual visit, a quick diagnosis and replacement parts fitted on a second trip. There is a used-appliance side to it as well. A reviewer writing just after Christmas 2021 came by to see what was in stock after their stove broke, loaded one up and was gone that quickly; a February 2022 buyer got a refurbished washer delivered. Other customers tell a rougher story. A November 2024 reviewer said it took a week to get an appointment, that the stove and dishwasher were no better afterwards, and that calls went unanswered; an August 2025 reviewer wrote that no one answered or returned calls. A 2022 customer said they paid for a washing-machine repair that was never finished and got no reply to calls or texts for almost two months, and a January 2022 review accused the business of being a scam, describing the Nashua address as a drop point for fraudulent purchases. For a single dead appliance around Nashua this is a reasonable call, especially if you can text a photo of the problem and want someone out quickly.
