Great professional! 2 companies tried to fix our LG refrigerator and after 4 total visits, both gave us total refunds! Then, after 6 weeks of a broken fridge, we found James. He simply knows what he's doing -- understands the unique problems of refrigerators. For a flat fee, he was here for 6 hours, and not one minute of it being confused. In our case, the fix was time-consuming. But he fixed it! Without him, we would have had to buy a new refrigerator. This guy is amazing.
James from 99 Appliance Service was extremely professional and punctual, arriving exactly at the scheduled time. He came to our home to replace the compressor on our 10-year-old LG refrigerator. He handled the job with great care, thoroughly cleaning the pipes and ensuring everything was done properly. It took him about one to replace compressor and other parts, but he spent almost two hours cleaning the contaminated pipes. Without the deep cleaning, your refrigerator may not work like new. I highly recommend 99 Appliance Service to anyone needing any refrigerator or freezer repairs in the southern New Hampshire area.
James came on time and fixed my LG fridge. Spent quite a bit of time ensuring the coils where clean internally. Cold and working well.
Was contracted by LG and wanted proof of a receipt after LG told me it was all set and I’d be contacted by a service provider. He wouldn’t order the part without a receipt and told me to call some one else. Terrible customer service. Avoid this guy like the plague.
Extremely unprofessional. Lied to me. LG said I did not need any proof of receipt. The owner told me I had to give him proof because he pays for the part. He never told me it wasn't ordered, he ignored me when I told him I was trying to get the receipt from home Depot even though that was HIS requirement, NOT LG's and because it was an online order he refused to except screen print and actually rejected the job the day I spoke to him and never told me so I wasted three days thinking he was coming. I would stay far far away from this guy.
