On its HomeAdvisor profile, Approved Pro Environmental describes itself as a full service indoor air quality company, established in 2008 and InterNachi and IICRC certified. A 2024 review of mold and air quality testing says they "were very knowledgeable and explained everything" and also provided remediation services at a very reasonable price. A 2023 review says Brian and his team "did an amazing job cleaning it up" after mold in the home, with a quick response and "top class" workmanship. Another 2023 review describes mold removal and demo services in a home and calls them professional and knowledgeable. A separate 2023 review says Brian "returned calls and was easy to talk to," and that he and his guys showed up on time and finished on time. A 2024 review says they promptly addressed the request and performed an inspection with quality results. A 2024 review says a water leak addressed over 4 years was finally tended to successfully, with many days spent with crews on site until the work was done. A 2024 review thanks James and Brian, saying they worked with the insurance company and were "very reasonably priced." In a 2025 review, the mold came back in less than a year after what was supposed to be a complete remediation, and weeks of calls and messages brought no reply. A 2024 review said, "For the price we paid, they did not do good work."
