Earlier accounts describe pre-inspections and ways to participate remotely. In a May 2025 review, a customer said Massimo and Raj arrived on short notice for a pre-inspection and sent a 100-page report with photos the same day. They also provided an oral summary covering problems, potential problems and areas in good condition. A July 2024 customer who could not attend in person said the team worked with their realtor and held a Zoom meeting to explain the findings. There is a specific complaint about missed problems. In a January 2024 review, a customer alleged that Raj failed to point out active attic leaks, including buckets in the attic, and signs of termites during the inspection or in the report.
