They charged for a service that was never done. It seems the guy didn't feel like working that day, he came parked his van in front of my house for 2 minutes than left without even stepping out of his van. The next day they charged me for the service. When I called to complain they didn't show any interest. That's their reputation and customer service... Luckily I have this recorded on my cameras and I'm disputing this charge. Can't recommend this company.

My experience with this company was completely unacceptable. A technician was scheduled to service my home, but my security footage shows he arrived, sat in his car for about 2 minutes and then drove away without doing anything. Despite that, I was still charged as if a full service had been completed. When I called the company and explained exactly what happened — including telling them I had video evidence — they showed zero accountability. They didn’t apologize, didn’t investigate, and didn’t seem to care that I was being billed for a service that was never performed. No customer should have to fight just to be treated honestly. After this experience, I absolutely would not recommend this company. If this is how they handle customers and “service,” it’s simply not worth the risk or the frustration.

I would give this business 0 stars if I could. What an absolute bate and switch! I called them today and confirmed with two of their sales dudes about the services I would be a receiving for a one time rodent extermination. Both sales guys confirmed that the services would include 3 things. 1) copper mesh to cut off paths of entry 2) glue traps and other traps 3) an anti-rodent pheromone spray for the outside of the house. I clarified with both of them multiple times about all the items the services include. The most important to me was the spray as that is not something I can do myself. Well guess what? When the exterminator showed up, turns out there is no spray. There never has been a spray that they use and all he would be doing is the mesh and the traps SOMETHING I COULD EASILY DO MYSELF! The exterminator was super nice and honestly really embarrassed and stated that the sales team just says whatever they need to close the deal and make up stuff and then the on ground team takes the heat. I WAS CHARGED $325 FOR COPPER MESH AND 2 GLUE TRAPS! What a freaking joke! These guys are thieves and I will be reporting them to the BBB. **UPDATE** It should come as no surprise that the work Aptive did was COMPLETELY ineffective. We saw the mouse running around everywhere last night. The copper mesh wasn't even secured so the mouse just literally pushed it aside. Charging $325 for TWO glue traps and a ball of copper mesh is just unconscionable and this business so be so ashamed of themselves for their dishonest business practices.

Awful. A representative was out cold-calling and ringing doorbells in the neighborhood on the Memorial Day holiday. Incredibly disrespectful and time deaf.
