We had an excellent experience with Aqua Med Spa! They replaced our old DE filter with a cartridge filter and repaired the plumbing that had been causing a leak. The team was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient—the entire process was quick and stress-free. We’re so happy with the work they did and will absolutely be using them as our new go-to pool service company. Highly recommend!
The very best in the business
Building a pool is a major investment, and I was honestly very nervous before making the decision. Looking back now, choosing Jason and his team was one of the best decisions I made. From day one until the final completion, Jason, his son Ashton, and Pete made the entire process incredibly easy and stress-free. Jason is a true professional who delivered on every promise he made. What impressed me most was his honesty, integrity, and genuine care for his clients. He treats every project as if he were building a pool for his own family. Throughout the entire journey, Jason was always available to answer questions, explain the next steps, and make sure everything was done the right way. He went above and beyond on several occasions, taking care of extra details without me even asking, simply because he wanted to make sure I was happy with the final result. Ashton and Pete were also fantastic to work with. They were hardworking, respectful, knowledgeable, and took great pride in their work. The teamwork, communication, and attention to detail were outstanding from start to finish. Jason, thank you for making what could have been a stressful project such a positive experience. Your professionalism, honesty, craftsmanship, and dedication to customer satisfaction truly set you apart. Thanks to you and your team, I felt completely at ease throughout the process, and my family now has a beautiful pool that we will enjoy for many years to come. I highly recommend Jason, Ashton, and Pete to anyone considering a pool project. You won’t find a more trustworthy and dedicated team.
