I had a problem with my backwash line and called Anita to have her send someone out to inspect and repair my line. In a five minute conversation, Anita was able to diagnose the problem and fix my issue without needing to send somebody out. I called this company 2 times to make an appointment to get our pool cleaned. The first appointment no one showed up. Silly me, I thought it was an oversight, so I called back and the appointment was rescheduled. I called today, because I have not seen or heard anything. Only to be told that I was sent an invoice, because the representative was at my property on July 18th cleaning for 40 minutes. First and foremost, it rained on the 18th. So who clean a pool in the rain? Make it make sense. This is the condition of our pool. If you claim that this is the after effect of someone from your company vacuuming a pool, then you all need glasses.
