Earlier customers described what those visits involved. A May 2023 Angi reviewer said their pool opening included skimming and brushing, checks that equipment worked and that there were no leaks, and an on-time arrival. They also said AquaCare delivered more services at a lower price than their previous providers. Another customer writing in May 2023 described needing pool repairs and replacement parts. Doug made several visits to assess the situation, helped get the pump running, installed a new ladder and prepared the water for another swimming season. The reviewer said he kept them informed about progress and pricing and was easy to reach. In June 2023, a customer who was unfamiliar with pool maintenance said Doug explained which chemicals to buy and what they did, arrived when promised and charged reasonable prices. Repair work also included a pool damaged by a falling tree. In an October 2023 review, the customer said the tree had damaged both the fence and the pool, and that Doug handled the pool job single-handedly. They described the 16-year-old pool as looking new afterward. A July 2023 review described troubleshooting a poorly installed pool to get it working. In January 2024, another customer said Doug explained the project step by step, recognized its urgency and finished within the customer’s time frame.
