Aquatic Tech describes itself on the BBB as a hot tub repair service that also offers swimming pool repair and spa and pool cleaning. A 2022 customer said Mike is the owner. A recent customer said they called after a bad experience with another company, and Mike came out the very next day and fixed the problem. A recent customer said Mike helped diagnose a problem they couldn't figure out. A recent customer praised Mike's knowledge of hot tubs and said they would call him again. A 2025 customer said Aquatic Tech replaced a failed circulation pump on their spa and got everything running quickly. A 2025 customer said Mike replaced the heater and pump on their hot tub. A 2023 customer said Mike got them on the schedule at the start of the summer season and replaced two jet pumps and a heater. A 2021 customer said a hot tub cleaning and inspection turned up a few issues, and that they appreciated being told which repairs were a "must do" and which could wait. A recent customer from Wareham described a hot tub opening that went badly. They said the visit lasted less than two hours, they were told the lines were full of mold, they were charged $630, and they were told it would be another $630 to come back and finish. That customer also wrote that the company had been calling and threatening them with small claims court over the review. A 2025 customer said they paid almost $1,000 for a new heater that was never needed, that the problem turned out to be the original wiring, and that the manner was kind of rude. A 2022 customer said the company required payment for chemicals and labor up front to open a pool, sent an invoice of over $900 the same day, and, after the invoice went unpaid for a day, filled their Tuesday slot and said it was fully booked for three weeks.
Mike is terrific! I appreciate his knowledge and expertise as far as hot tubs go. I will call him again!
Mike was amazing!! I had a bad experience with another company and called Aquatic Tech. Mike came out the very next day and voila! Problem fixed!! I will absolutely be calling him again with any issues or problems….Great service and a great guy!!

Update: Ever since posting this review this company has been calling and threatening us with small claims court over this review. I told my husband to have the owner call me and if there is anything untrue in this post, I am more than happy to revise it. Stay Tuned, waiting for our summons. My name is Sue and my husbands name is Todd from Wareham (posted this as I see lots of comments from the owner saying not their customer) and we hired this company to close our hot tub last winter, thought their price was high then but they did the job and then asked them to open the hot tub for us this year. They cancelled the first appointment we had with them due to rain and Mike came today, they were here less than 2 hours, left saying our lines were full of mold and that could not come back to finish the job until the end of the month because they are out straight. They charged us $630.00 and said it would be another $630.00 to come back and finish the job. Needless to say, we said no thank you. Now, we have a 16 by 24 pool, Ambassadoor pools opens and closes for $375.00, they are here a lot longer and do way more work. You be the judge if this is the company you want to hire, I know we won't be using them ever again.
