I gave two stars because they immediately answered my initial call on 6/30/26, but were unfortunately a no show after scheduling a visit on 7/03/26 to assess my pool issue. This was very disappointing because the gentleman (possibly Jim) was very polite causing me to block my day for the visit. A simple call or text would have been appreciated.
