According to that 2025 Google review, he charged more than he quoted, did not order the correct filter, used "two rocks" to hold the filter up, and the hot tub started leaking water after he left. In the same 2025 review, he said coming back to rectify the matter would cost another $150, after $400 in total had been paid for work that did not fix what was asked.

I had called this company to come out and help service my hot tub. After all was said and done. He up charged my brother more than what he quoted. And didn’t even order the correct filter nor the parts he put the filter in using “two rocks” to hold your filter up I received the wrong size. Then he left and my entire hot tub starting leaking water. I asked him to come back and rectify the matter and he told me it was going to cost me another 150$ when I had over paid him 112.00$. I will never give a good recommendation nor am I happy or satisfied with his scamming half ass work. 400$ in total for him to not even fix what I asked him to fix! Then lie about how long he was at my house. Meanwhile I have it all on camera.
