He gave me an estimate of $ 800. To do the work and said it might be higher if I have remove the island in the kitchen. He did not have to remove the island, but had to put the Hardwood floor under the kick plate of the island. After completion the last board was raised and not level. Then a few days later 2 other boards raised against each other creating a speed bump scenario. I have several texts requesting him to come look at it. He stated he could come by that night or the next day. I said the morning would be better. Now he has not responded. He is ignoring my text messages. He was professional up until the final payment was made. This repair should not have taken 3 full days.

The job William and his team did for me was phenomenal . They removed old kitchen cabinets, prepared the walls, fixed a few spots, mounted new cabinets, new dishwasher and other items. They were fully equipped, including with an impressive laser measuring device for a perfect measurement accuracy., I very much appreciated Williams daily update on the progress. The project was completed on-time as predicted Michael A.

Will Arana was great to work with with a bunch of home improvements including repairing and painting a ceiling, replacing a dozen drop ceiling panels, replacing a garbage disposal, repairing a handrail and replacing a door handle. All don at reasonable labor rates with me buying my own materials. Will was ver professional and a pleasure to work with. I would recommend him to anyone.
