Arbor Access, Inc

A tree close to a house, branches hanging toward a neighbor’s yard, or a tree worth keeping: Arbor Access customers have described each of those situations. The company is based in Sandwich and says it provides tree removal, pruning, emergency response, and tree care across Cape Cod, South Plymouth, and Wareham. It describes itself as locally owned and family-operated, with a certified arborist and membership in the Massachusetts Arborists Association. In a December 2025 Google review, a repeat customer described watching the crew maneuver heavy branches into their own yard while concerned about damage to a neighbor’s fence and yard. A customer writing in October 2025 said Andre explained the risks of keeping some trees and helped develop a long-term pruning plan for others. A December 2025 reviewer separately praised both challenging removals and care aimed at preserving trees. The work has included removals close to buildings. In a March 2023 review, a Bourne homeowner described removal of an oak more than 80 feet tall, about 10 feet from the front door, along with smaller saplings and dead branches on other trees. A September 2022 customer said Andre initially advised that a tree was healthy enough to keep. After it leaned further toward the house and storms worsened its condition, the customer called one night and said Andre arrived with his crew the next day to remove it. An October 2022 reviewer described a different urgent call: part of a tree had fallen onto the roof. The customer said Arbor Access removed that portion and cleaned up, then returned the next day to take down the rest of the tree. In June 2023, another contractor said they had subcontracted Andre for tree pruning where there was no access, praising his climbing work. Customers have also described the practical side of hiring the crew. A December 2025 reviewer praised prompt responses to questions and estimates, scheduled arrivals, and reasonable charges. A March 2023 customer said the work was completed on time and on budget; an October 2022 customer said the crew left the worksite as clean as they found it.
