ArborClimb customers describe trees removed beside homes, barns, power lines and fences, with cleanup getting repeated praise. One July 2026 customer had 15–20 dead and dying ash trees between the house and a power line removed and said the property was left clean. Another described a five-person crew removing a tree, chipping trimmings, grinding the stump, removing extra roots and planting a replacement before cleaning the yard, sidewalk and street. The West Chesterfield company says it provides tree care, pruning and removal and reports 12 years in business. Google lists five stars from 103 ratings. Its work also includes tick treatments and cordwood delivery: an October customer praised apple-tree pruning and treatment alongside several years of tick treatment, while a May reviewer said cordwood arrived on time and was delivered exactly where requested. Customers also describe decisions that kept trees standing. A May 2026 homeowner said recommendations helped make the property safer without removing as many trees as initially planned. In September, a school customer praised a forest assessment and advice about which care was needed. An August 2025 reviewer credited Josh with discussing ways to save a tree and Dillen with careful climbing on a steep cliff. For storm damage, an August customer said the crew removed a fallen oak from a storage shed without causing further damage. An April 2026 reviewer described the company's quote and explanation for removing a storm-felled tree from storage buildings, followed by work they praised. Pricing comments vary. A September repeat customer considered the company's prices competitive and suggested allowing a couple of months' lead time. Another September customer called the work pricey while praising its efficiency. An August homeowner likewise described a premium price for removing two white pines beside a house and barn, with timely work and thorough cleanup. A May 2026 tick-treatment customer reported a different outcome: they said spraying covered only beneath surrounding trees rather than the yard, and that their grandson had two further ticks attached afterward. They felt the treatment had not worked and objected to the coverage for the price paid.

Very professional team! Josh and Ilene in particular have been extremely helpful. They have pruned and treated our apple trees and also have been treating our property for ticks for a couple years. It works wonders!
Overall, this was a great experience. Anyone I talked to was very nice. Responses and work were all in a timely manner too!
Top notch professionals. Excellent communication prior to and on the day of the job. I had a great time watching the crew work together; they clearly enjoy their work, and this makes a gigantic difference in the final results. Thank you to Josh and Ilene for being on top of last minute changes. My wife and I have already recommended ArborClimb to a local friend!
