Ari's Pro Drain Cleaning

When a customer's finished basement started flooding from a blocked drain at 8:30pm, Ari was there within the hour and had it cleared before 10pm, according to a January 2026 review. Ari's Pro Drain Cleaning is a Pepperell company that says it's insured and lists Pepperell, Worcester, Fitchburg, Lowell and Nashua, NH as its service area, focused on drain and sewer work: descaling, hydrojetting, pipe bursting, sewer camera inspections, sewer and water line repair and replacement, and sump pumps. Reviews consistently describe the same person, Ari, doing the diagnosis and the work himself. A 2023 review said he arrived within 45 minutes of a call, found and cleared a root ball blocking a sewer line to the road, and pointed out a low spot, a "belly," in that line. Another 2023 review said two larger companies gave a four-hour window and then canceled, telling the caller to wait until the next day, before Ari picked up right away. A May 2024 review described a sewage backup discovered over Memorial Day weekend, with the customer finding Ari through a local Facebook group's recommendations. A December 2025 review said he diagnosed a problem in minutes and lowered the price to reflect the quick fix. An April 2026 review said he cleared a clog that another plumber couldn't get to within 20 minutes of arriving, and a separate April 2026 review said that when a sewer-line job needed a bigger repair than he handles, he was upfront about it. Almost all of the reviews on file are five stars; the one exception, from February 2026, said simply that the technician never fixed the problem, without further detail. Google shows a 4.9-star average from 114 ratings, and BBB holds the company at an A+ grade.
