Patrick came out to clean two boilers for me today and got more than he bargained for. After identifying two problems caused by high water pressure, he offered to stay and make the needed repairs. Then, after testing the pressure and finding that it was nearly twice the recommended level, he offered a whole house pressure regulator to prevent further problems. I definitely recommend his services. He’s not only thorough, but kind as well. A winning combination!

Very Professional and was even available under short notice. Couldn’t turn on my furnace on a REALLY old furnace. Patrick was in and out, I got lucky, it was a simple pilot issue. The furnace will definitely need replacing at some point soon and there is no doubt in my mind who to call when that time comes. I had a great experience with Brady Mechanical. Pat is a very friendly and skilled specialist. He did a stellar job fixing our A/C unit. We called in the evening after discovering it had stopped that afternoon and he answered the phone at 8pm, and came out first thing the next morning. His diagnosis was thorough, precise, and accurate. He gave us different options from minimally fixing it, to improving some parts, to actually adding components that had been left out originally, that sense when water is leaking due to failure somewhere. The final product was beautifully organized, better than before. His price was up front, fair value, and and nothing was hidden.
