It was a terrible experience for multiple reasons: 1. The team was not upfront about the timing of the project. We were on a specific timeline and written into our contract was a specific weekend the project would be finished. They made excuses about the conditions not being optimal, only to learn later on that the parts weren't even ordered. They promised by the following weekend and the job still wasn't done. It took an additional 10 days for the entire project to be completed. In the end, they were also not prepared for the scope of project. 2. The customer service was equally bad, from start to finish. Right after signing the contract, the timing changed. Not transparent about why things were delayed. Finally, at the end of the delayed project, when we asked them to fix the outstanding issues, they simply refused, saying it wasn't part of their job. Then unprofessionalism prevailed as the main person, Albi, got angry that we weren't ready to pay the second installment until some of these aspects of the job were finished. He sounded reasonable in the earlier parts before hiring him but I realize that was just to get the job. In the end, he was not prepared for this job and took his frustrations out on us when we were satisfied with the quality. 3. Quality was poor. First, they punctured a tube of our underground irrigation system. I don't think that's their fault and, to their credit, they fixed the problem before even starting the fence. The fence heights varied. While some parts may be due to the tubes running underneath the ground and being afraid of hitting it, it still doesn't feel like all avenues were pursued. The cement was haphazardly placed with some posts looking great and others looking very bad (lots of cement on the grass surrounding the post). They did not clean up the extra cement nor the rocks. They did not sweep the patio where the posts were placed. Three posts were by drilling and the other three used a different method. The different method left exposed screws that they did not agree to cover because it would cost them extra money. Finally, the design flaw of a right-angle when clearly a 45 degree angle would save more lawn should have pursued. I was at work most of the time while they were working so I put some of that blame on myself, not being around to direct them the way we wanted to. For me, the lesson I learned is to hire credible professionals. Pay extra to get the job done well. To clean up their shortcomings is an extra headache/hassle that I would pay extra to avoid.

Everything turned up pretty good and one thing I was very impressed It was the timing and the effort to finish everything in details.

We hired them for our project. All the guys were incredible. On time everyday and very professional. Highly recommended.
