Very timely and kind customer service, excellent pricing, I highly recommend Arrow Oil for home heating oil!
Priced right, delivered promptly. And a clear crisp invoice that's legible and with a copy sent by email! I've dealt with other much bigger suppliers and they could all take lessons from Arrow.
Best pricing I have found for the area, and super fast delivery! This was my 3rd time ordering with them and the whole process has been very easy.
I don’t even know what to say. Thank you guys . I called this company really late at night because we ran out of oil . And requested an emergency oil refill… a couple hours later “ early in the morning” they were already taking care of it. Thank you so much again. 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We recently discovered Arrow after an issue with our current provider and I am so glad we called. They are friendly, FAST!, affordable and we will now be changing service permanently to Arrow Oil. The response time to our issue was quick, the delivery driver was very nice and assisted us without question. A+
