A homeowner writing in June said that if you want a pool deck built, this is the company to hire; another in April pointed straight at the hardscaping. That lines up with how the Danvers company describes itself: family-owned, specializing in patios, walkways and retaining walls, with fencing, pool landscaping and commercial and industrial snow and ice removal alongside. Its stated service area runs from Danvers and Peabody out to Boston, Ipswich and Georgetown. It lists installer status with the paver makers Techo-Bloc, Belgard and UniLock, and with DENEST. The written history is thin. Two Google reviews, both from this year, both five stars and both a sentence long, sit against a Google page averaging 4 stars across four ratings — two people rated without writing anything. The company's own site also disagrees with itself about how long it has been in business: the About page gives 1998 as the year established, while the homepage copy claims over 35 years of experience. That is a fair question to put to them, along with which of those paver certifications covers the product you are quoted. For a paver patio, a walkway or a pool surround on the North Shore, Arrowhead is worth a quote — ask to see addresses of finished jobs near you, and ask who will be on site running the crew.
