In a 2021 review, a customer praised his work on a heat system and said he was very busy and looking for an apprentice. A 2020 customer said Mike dropped off unlicensed AC installers to install a $10,600 LG dual head mini split system and that they never saw him again. That 2020 customer said the refrigeration lines were reinstalled and then reinstalled again before they were put in the crawl space. The same 2020 customer said the condenser was installed on brackets hanging from the siding, causing noise and vibration in the house. That 2020 customer also said Mike never returned a call or replied to a letter, and that he was paid in full.

Great person. And if you can get him to do a heat system. Its amazing. He's very busy. And any one younger. He is looking for apprentice, and it is a great field for that person to step to that plate. Huge demand. And he is a great teacher and person. So 5 🌟

Mike dropped off unlicensed ac installers to install $10,600 Lg dual head mini split system . We never saw him again. He never returned calls . The refrigeration lines had to to be reinstalled because they were laid on the ground than reinstalled again because the were put on the siding of the house making my home look like an industrial site. Finally they were installed in the crawl space . The condenser was installed on brackets hanging from the siding Causing noise and vibration in the house . The lines to the condenser are a hanging and twisted mess . The condenser was not secured. on a pad on the ground , as all other installations he did in-the neighborhood . Finally he has never returned a call or replied to a letter we send him.he was paid in full. LG and the state say a licensed ac contractor must be used to install refrigeration, The installers were not licensed and Mike did not oversee the job.
