A recent Google customer said the owner required a deposit before the job could be scheduled, then canceled the agreed date and said the deposit would be refunded within 2–3 days. That customer said the deposit still has not come back and hired another company instead. A 2024 customer said they paid a deposit to have a driveway sealed 6 months in advance, and no one called or showed. That 2024 customer said they hired another contractor, and one year later still had not received the deposit back. A 2025 customer said they gave a deposit and the company showed up on time. That 2025 customer said they had hired the company 3 times for different properties and had been dealing with them for about 8 years. The same 2025 customer said the company did multiple sealcoating jobs for them. A 2025 customer said the company helped on a big commercial job.
Do NOT give a deposit to this company. The owner told me I needed to give a deposit before the job could be scheduled. I paid the deposit, and we agreed on a date for the work. Later, he canceled the scheduled date and told me he would refund my deposit within 2–3 days. To this day, I still have not received my deposit back. I contacted another contractor from a different company, and they told me I did not need to pay anything upfront until the job was completed. I ended up hiring another company instead. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.
I gave them a deposit and they showed up on time. Just to clear the air. They do awesome work. I have hired them 3 times for different properties. They did multiple sealcoating jobs for me as well. Ive been dealing with them for about 8 years now and they are a great team! They are quick and efficient. Ive never had an issue with quality and I highly recommend them.

No call / no show after giving a deposit to have my driveway sealed 6 months in advance. Got the run around all summer before having to hire another contractor to do the job. One year later still have not received my deposit back.
