This is the second time we've hired Paul and he's great. He was so thorough with the unit, checking everything possible. He spent over 2 hours with us in a 600sqft apartment/basement, and that's with almost no issues with the unit and building. He did the inspection on a Saturday and emailed me the report on Monday which was a holiday. Then I received the hardcopy binder version on Wednesday. He really does a great job!
