Had Bob do an inspection on a house my daughter/son-in-law were looking to purchase in Foxboro. Bob was available on short order, he is great to deal with and returned phone calls promptly . His inspection was thorough and covered all the important systems and more importantly included all things that are going to need follow-up and he suggested timeline.
