Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration was active when checked against the state registry in August 2026. The day-to-day work gets unusually specific descriptions. A June 2026 Google reviewer who said they had been a client for more than 22 years described the crew hosing the deck, blowing debris from the pool area, sweeping the bottom and scrubbing the sides. Another June customer said Atlantic Pool had serviced their pool for more than 20 years and came out for broken parts at night and on weekends, generally within an hour. A July reviewer praised the company for answering the phone or returning calls promptly. These are individual customers' accounts of the service they received. Renovation and construction customers also describe the results and the process. A June 2026 reviewer said a complete pool and hot-tub renovation came together on time and on budget. In an August 2026 Houzz review, another customer credited Tekomah and his team with constructing a pool within budget. A June Google reviewer described Tekomah and Eduardo helping with design and equipment choices, managing permitting, coordinating with landscapers and stone masons, and communicating throughout a pool-and-spa project. Older accounts include a July 2024 customer who said a failed pool heater was fixed within two hours of calling. In an August 2025 review, a renovation customer described the owner taking them around the island to see styles, tile combinations and color schemes; that customer said the company met its promised completion date before summer. A January 2016 Houzz reviewer praised pool-and-spa reconstruction completed on time and on budget, followed by years of maintenance. Houzz showed a 4.9-star average from 11 ratings in August 2026, while Google showed 5 stars from nine ratings. The Vineyard Gazette has also reported neighbor complaints about Atlantic Pool's business traffic. Those complaints concern the business's neighborhood operations.
