Junior is absolutely the most knowledgeable pool technician on the island. He makes it a priority to solve every issue that arises -- and there are always plenty when it comes to pool/spa ownership. I highly recommend him!

Junior took me on as a new client this May. I bought a new heater and salt cell with him (spending thousands with him) and he was cleaning my pool weekly until he, without notice, the day he was scheduled to clean my pool, sent me an automated email that he will no longer be able to be my pool service provider. Very unprofessional and unethical. He could have at least given me a week’s notice to find someone else mid-season. He doesn’t have enough labor to keep up with his clients. So don’t take on more clients!! Think twice before working with him or you could be stuck middle of the summer with a dirty pool.

We used Edgartown Pool & Spa and they EXCEEDED our expectations. They do beautiful work and are a delight to work with. I'd give them 10 Stars if I could!

It is a family owned business. They call you back immediately. Their service is amazing. Night and day from the service I had before. I called my last supplier 7 times during Memorial Day weekend to see when they can open the spa and they never responded. These people understand customer service and they respond immediately . Having been in a customer centric business I honor the bonds of customer service. I can’t recommend a better service.
