Atlantic-Pratt Energy delivers heating oil and works on heating and cooling systems. In a 2026 review, a customer with a leaking oil tank in the cellar of a 1920s Quincy house said Joe came days after the call, and he and his crew cut the old tank in half to get it up the narrow steps, then installed a new, smaller tank, all in one day. That 2026 customer said the oil delivery came the next day at what they called kind of a high rate. A 2023 customer said Atlantic Pratt replaced a 98-year-old steam boiler in one day, arrived on time with the correct tools and parts, and left the area clean. In a 2023 review, a customer said the company installed a mini-split ductless HVAC system and replaced the hot water baseboards in the house, and praised Jake and his crew. A 2022 customer said Atlantic Pratt replaced a large AC condenser for a central air system during the summer 2022 heat wave. A 2021 customer said annual maintenance for both the heating and cooling systems was scheduled and completed the same day, and that the technician Dave was careful of the finished surfaces.
