Atlantic Well Drilling Inc

Atlantic Well Drilling describes itself as a full-service Cape Cod water-supply and geothermal contractor covering water wells, water-system installation, filtration, service and repair, town-water connections and geothermal heating and cooling. It says it has served Cape Cod since 1970 and names Jon Leonard as owner and president. A recent customer woke up to no water, called early, and by 10:15am had a new well pump installed and the water restored. When a well pump failed late on a Saturday evening, a recent customer said the company called back at 8:00 a.m. Sunday and Jim had the water restored in a couple of hours after checking the entire system. A 2025 customer with guests in a Wellfleet rental said that on the second of two calls, the company was at the home within 2 hours and replaced the pump. A 2025 customer said Susan answered the office phone, John was at the door within five minutes, and once the well pump turned out to need replacing, Jim was sent over and the job was complete within three hours. A 2023 customer said John, the owner, arrived within an hour on a Sunday, and his team came back Monday to fix an ageing well pump and storage tank. In that 2023 account, his men replaced a check valve outside in driving rain. A 2023 customer of 12 years said Ron once came out on a cold December 30 to get a then 15-year-old geothermal unit running. That 2023 customer also said that after a power surge knocked out the pressure shutoff control on the well pump, tech Jim was there by 9:30 on a Saturday and the repairs were done before 11:00. A 2024 customer whose well stopped over the 4th of July weekend said the on-call manager talked them through buying a replacement part and a DIY install, free of charge. A 2022 customer said the well could not be repaired, and that the company gave advice and steered away from things that would have cost money and were unlikely to work. A 2023 customer gave the Eastham town water connection the company did five stars. Its Massachusetts construction supervisor licence, CS-110377, held by Jon W Leonard, is active on the state registry. On Google it holds 4.8 stars from 23 ratings.
