Atlantis Cleaning is largely one person: Kasey, named in nearly every review of it. In 2022 a customer wrote that she turned a badly neglected apartment into a move-in ready space; another that year had years of built-up dust taken out of a house before the family moved in; a third had hers cleaned before it went on the market. The Peterborough company's written history runs from 2021 to 2025, and its Google page averages 4.7 across 18 ratings. Customers use it two ways. There is the one-time reset — the move-in, the pre-sale clean, the cottage opened up again, which a 2024 customer had done before keeping her on. And there is the standing schedule: a family who started with a deep clean in spring 2025 and kept her for the weeks after a full house, and a short-term rental owner who wrote in 2023 that she handles the turnovers between guests. What customers repeat is that she turns up. One put it plainly in a 2024 review: reliability is the key thing for them. A 2025 reviewer who gave four stars said she is prompt about rescheduling when a date has to move, and a 2021 customer mentioned she is easy around the dog, who is always home when she is. One account runs the other way, and it is worth knowing about. In June 2023 a customer wrote that after texting back and forth over ten days in May to arrange a quote visit, the agreed services were not delivered, and that they filed a police report in order to dispute the charges with their bank. Five-star accounts are dated on both sides of it. For a recurring clean or a one-time reset around Peterborough, this is a small, owner-run operation whose customers stay with her for years. Put the scope, the price and the date in writing, and settle when payment is due, before the first visit.
