Atlas Insulation Co describes itself as offering insulation services, from blanket to blown-in. A recent Google customer had three kinds in one job: closed cell foam on the walls, blown-in fiberglass in the attic and mineral wool in interior walls as soundproofing. That customer said Dave C managed the entire project and praised the crew for cleaning up. The company says it has been in business for 51 years. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration is active on the state registry. The Better Business Bureau grades it A+. A 2024 customer said they had their walls done with spray foam and that the place was cleaner than they left it. A 2025 customer hired Atlas to install new gutters and found it well-priced, professional and fast, but wrote that problems started within a few weeks. That 2025 customer said the crew lead would not come troubleshoot, and that after hiring a different company they learned the gutters were apparently installed wrong and pitch backwards.
Atlas insulation is excellent very efficient and they do solid work. We had closed cell foam on walls, blown in fiberglass in the attic and mineral wool for interior walls as soundproofing. Dave C managed the entire project and the end result was excellent. The crew also does a great job cleaning up after something you don’t often see.
Don’t be taken in by their pricing! I hired Atlas in fall 2024 to install new gutters on my renovated home. They were well-priced, professional, and fast. Within just a few weeks I was already having problems with the gutters. The salesman was sympathetic but the crew lead wouldn’t come troubleshoot. The problem continued without Atlas being willing to come stand by their work. Now a year later, the problems have expanded and I hired a different company to come service the gutters. I didn’t even have to tell them who did the original work—they guessed because they repair Atlas’ work regularly! Apparently the gutters were installed wrong AND they pitch backwards. I may have to get my one year old gutters completely replaced in which case I may file a lawsuit to get my money back.
i’m sure they’re nice but this guy sucks at driving. genuinely don’t know how he passed his drivers test. maybe he was drunk or something
I had my walls done with the spray foam, they did a fantastic job and the place was cleaner than I left it. These guys are good!
