L&B Remodeling Co. Inc.

It was our 1st time using L&B Insulation and what a great decision that was! The attic in the house was in tough shape with a number of rodent/insulation issues. L&B removed all existing insulation, completed a microbial/fungicide treatment, sealed the attic, installed the proper new vents, and installed new insulation materials. What I was most impressed with was the clean-up/condition of the home when the work was completed, the timeliness of the project from start to finish, and the concise follow-up documentation.. Highly recommended! I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Well Done!

Phil and the team at L&B remodeling were amazing ! They were very knowledgeable, professional and meticulously neat! We will definitely be using them again for future projects

L&B Remodeling performed exemplary work for me on April 13 and 14th, 2026. The team was polite explained all facets of the job cleary. They added insulation in the attic, installed recess light covers, properly vented the bathroom and lavette and added 2 soffits. They were impeccable in the clean up. I highly recommend this company.

L&B Remodeling recently insulated, weatherized, and air sealed my entire 100 year old home, from the attic to the basement, through the RISE program. Gian and his team went above and beyond to ensure everything was done thoroughly, making sure every detail was perfect. They took the time to educate me on every step of the process, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend L&B Remodeling to anyone in Rhode Island looking to improve their home. The difference is already very noticeable my home is warmer in the winter, quieter, and more comfortable to live in. It is also more energy efficient, helping me save money on oil heating

L& B Remodeling just insulated my home. The job was completed using Rise and their were some specification details that were wrong. To L& B's credit they did not complete the job in October with a quick pay day. Rather I followed their advice and contacted Rise. New insulation specifications were made and we rescheduled the job. L&B completed the correctly and made sure the job was done right. I would use L& B again. Best, David
