My experience was highly commendable. All the personnel I worked with were professional, capable, and a delight to work with. Everything I was told would happen, happened, exactly as it was promised. Arrival times were met, work was conducted efficiently, and my home was left spotless at the end of each day. In particular, I would like praise Robert, Rick, Aaron, Marco, Raymond, Jeremiah, Carlos, and Brandon. They made this experience a pleasure, rather than an ordeal. I was given discounts and feel I paid a fair price. However, I would have preferred a more explicit proposal/contract delineating specific costs for specific tasks. As the scope of work changed during the course of the project, I found it difficult to follow which costs were deleted and which were adjusted. I also would have liked to have progress payments shown as they were made. Would I use Attic Projects again? In a heartbeat! Thank you!

Brian was very thorough in his investigations, and he provided suggestion for handling other issues or tasks that need to be done. He spent sufficient time to evaluate the challenges that I am experiencing, and provided a lot more feed back and clarity about how my project should be attacked initially... I have one more interview that I feel compelled to provide... But I feel very comfortable with the information that I received from Brian and his support Management team. The project has not been initiated just yet... I have more work to do... However, I can tell Brian is very experienced, knowledge, and a quality employee!!!
They responded quickly, came out to give a free estimate of work needed the next day, and the representative Brandon was on time, communicating his arrival time , professional and kind!
Right after Thanksgiving, Jeremy, Angel and Martel cleaned out our attic and plugged all the holes where the rodents were entering. They did an excellent job and took great pride in their work. We would definitely use them again. We had another firm do the rodent proofing several years ago and the work only lasted 2 years. We liked the idea that their work has a 10 year warranty. Thank you
