Aurai Home is based in Marlborough, MA, and the Better Business Bureau gives it an A+ grade. In a 2024 review, the solar team came out, found a leak within 30 minutes and repaired it. A 2024 review recommends the team for rooftop solar and says the sales team was willing to find out information on products not yet on the market, such as bidirectional EV charging, to help guide decisions. Another 2024 review said the tech was knowledgeable and friendly and the repair was done quickly. A 2023 review describes a job left uncompleted for 5 months after the company acquired another company, followed by a return visit shortly after completion to fix an issue. That 2023 review also says the customer was sold on a more expensive unit on the understanding that a Mass Save rebate was available, and that the company would not provide an invoice with the correct job completed date.
