A 2026 Google customer said the company charged $500 to replace a part that was not causing the drainage issue, that Ariel was MIA and that "my DW still doesn't work." A 2024 customer said they called at 1pm on a Tuesday and a tech was at the house by 3pm; once the ordered parts arrived, that customer's fridge and freezer were running by noon on Thursday. A 2022 customer said a tech came to repair a washer and explained each step along the way. A 2022 customer whose Zline range broke said the tech called before arrival and fixed the ongoing issues in less than an hour. A 2022 customer said they came out the next day to fix a washer, that Ariel gave a good price, and that he agreed to come back later in the week for the rest of the payment.
Charged me $500 to replace a part that obviously wasn’t causing the drainage issue. I’m not an appliance tech and I could have told him that part wasn’t the problem. So now I’m out $500, Ariel is MIA and my DW still doesn’t work. Horrible service. Not a reputable business. Do not recommend.
Great service. Called at 1pm on a Tuesday and a tech was at our house by 3pm. Super professional. Had to order parts, once received our fridge and freezer was up and running by noon on Thursday. (We have a GE and when I called to make a service appointment with them, they gave me a date to come out and evaluate the issue in the following Wed). Needless to say we were very happy with Automated Appliance and it was nice to do business locally.
First experience with Automated appliance repair. Tech came to my house to repair a washer. he was super courteous aswell as Extremely knowledgeable. Didnt mind me watching him work and explained each step he was doing along the way. Automated Appliance will be my absolute go to for all my repairs in future!
This business was assigned to repair my Zline range after it broke after only a year and a half after purchasing. I had to go onto social media to complain (to Zline) to get it repaired as it was after warranty. When I called they were extremely accomadating and so nice about setting up the appointment. The tech that came out for the appointment called before arrival, wore a mask when I asked and was nothing but the BEST. He fixed the ongoing issues that been driving us bananas in less than an hour and was so professional, courteous and informed. I would use this business over and over again. This was the best experience i have ever had with an appliance repair company. Thank you so so much!
They came right out the next day to fix my washer. Ariel was knowledgeable and quick. I knew I was in good hands. He also gave me a good price.I didn't have alot of cash in the house so I gave him what I had and he agreed to came back later in the week for the rest WOW! I was so greatful. Good people great work 👍
