We bought 2 wall air conditioners to replace ones we already had, with paying extra for installation and removal it was well worth it! David was efficient and thorough with both installations together taking less than an hour from arrival to departure.

Initially, I had Jeff’s Appliance come out for a service call on a washing machine that I had not purchased through them. Like many washing machines these days, it ended up making more sense to replace it rather than repair it. The technician was prompt, professional, and extremely kind. We ultimately decided to purchase a new washing machine from them, and that experience was just as great. The service was immediate, and there was absolutely zero pressure to make a purchase, which I really appreciated. They even went above and beyond to make the experience easy for our family. They had a small playset that kept my young children occupied while we were there and offered us refreshments as well. The delivery was exceptional too. The two delivery guys were polite, prompt, and professional. They hooked everything up, made sure everything was level, and took the time to do the job right. I can honestly say I won’t be purchasing appliances from the big-box stores anymore. The prices are the same or very similar anyways. Highly recommend them!
