I’d highly recommend Buzaid for appliance purchases. I recently bought a range from them and found their attentiveness from start to finish to be excellent. That included the delivery, installation, and removal of my old range, all of which was handled quickly and professionally.
I’m leaving this review in hopes that people read it and truly understand what a wonderful family-owned business Buzaid Appliance is. The compassion, kindness, and level of customer service they provide is something you just don’t find everywhere anymore. I’ve purchased from Buzaid Appliance in the past, and every experience has consistently been a positive one. But my most recent purchase, a Whirlpool refrigerator, made me feel especially compelled to write this review. My entire experience, from start to finish, was amazing. The owner and his staff went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers. It isn’t just about making a sale it’s about making sure their customers are happy and treating people with kindness and compassion throughout the entire process. It’s rare to find a family business that makes you feel this valued as a customer. Buzaid Appliance in Brookfield has earned my loyalty for life. They will forever have my business, and I will proudly recommend them to anyone looking for appliances and exceptional customer service. Thank you to the owner and the entire staff for making what could have been a stressful experience such a positive one. You have a lifetime customer in me!
