B&S paved my driveway 2 years ago, noticed that the driveway was cracking, contacted B&S and they came out the next day to address the issue came up with a plan of action to address the issue. This company stands behind their work, great customer service, thanks Dick and Jason Update, tried to contact them by email about the issues I’m having with no response, very disappointed, left another message today but I’ll wait to hear from them. Definitely 1 star for service after the job is completed Update again 7/24/2026 What a crap company. I paid 24K to have my driveway installed now after four years I’m still trying to get them to repair my driveway. Areas of the driveway are subsiding and cracking which I informed them about 2 years ago, they did come and fill in the cracks and seal the driveway at no cost but did not address the subsiding. The last communication I had from them was they were done and referred me to their legal counsel which they are refusing to give me the name/contact number to. DO NOT due business with this company, they don’t stand behind their work and are not customer friendly

I contacted B &S around April, and they were at my home within 20 minutes. They gave me a quote on the spot and assured me my job would be added to their schedule. True to their word, they called the day before the work was set to begin, arrived as promised, and honored the original price. The entire process was smooth and stress-free.
