I have to do 1 Star. will be fair if do a 0 They have the worst customer service. The person at the scale during the week is very rude and treats us customers worse than the trash we dump there. It’s a shame there isn't another one in Hudson. Doesn't the owner talk to his employees? Don't they see all the bad reviews from people complaining? Or maybe he just doesn't care since it's the only one in Hudson.
Website shows that closes at 3:50pm. Today I arrived there 2 pm and they said they were not accepting anymore dumping. I rent a truck and fill with debris and almost 2 hour before they closed I was not accepted. Plus the employees are very very very rude.
I’d leave zero stars if I could. This transfer station is poorly staffed and difficult to navigate. There is no signage explaining how it works and getting help is frustrating at best. First, you’ll be ignored, then, they’ll treat you like a fool for not understanding how the place works. Go somewhere else if you can.

B-P Trucking provides waste and recycling services to many of our restaurant group's locations throughout the state of MA. I can't say enough about their incredible service and pricing! I was comparing quotes among a few companies when opening a new location last year, and B-P came in with the best price for what I needed. Their reliable service was what sealed the deal, and I quickly switched to them for several other locations. Given how different each restaurant is, they were able to easily tailor each plan to meet the unique space and frequency requirements. They are very quick to pivot when I need to make changes as well. Our account manager Danielle is extremely helpful and very responsive which I appreciate so much! Overall effortless to partner with, competitively priced and very cleanly, which makes them easy to recommend!!
