Excellent service right from the start. Returned my phone call, came to diagnose the problem and put on the schedule to have it fixed within a couple of days. My gas powered air conditioning unit is working great now. The technician was so nice and explained everything from start to finish. Highly confident in this company.

Came by to fix my AC, found there was a leak so they put in some dye and said they'd be back in a week to take a look to find and fix it. After getting strung along for a month I get told that since leaks are low priority they have to constantly push me back in the line until spots open up. In addition, they also apparently can't come by to start the process at 2:30 (the earliest I can guarantee im home on a weekday) and need to start earlier because "no one wants to start fixing a leak at 2:30". Because of the nature of my job I can't take partial days off, its either all or nothing, and I can't afford to take an entire day off work for this right now. Tried to explain this and find a way to work around it but got shut down and told to find someone else. So after a month of waiting, I get told to pound sand. If I could rate lower I would

Brian and team got us switched over from oil to tankless gas heating. We also just had HVAC replaced to heat pump unit. They are very efficient, punctual and neat! Very highly recommend

B ooked a AC tune up, was able to get an appointment in a,few days, they actually sent me a reminder. All went well, and glad to know that they will be there if I need them. My system is about 20 years old, but in good condition. They reassured me that if I need a new condenser, or air exchange they can respond quickly. I have a Unico system, and they were recommended by the manufacturer.
