I highly recommend City Plumbing. My water heater is leased and it was leaking. They sent City Plumbing out to assess and fix it. They were wonderful. They explained what needed to be done and what vents needed to be replaced because they weren’t done properly when the original water heater was put in. They were very responsive to questions, very professional and very friendly. I highly recommend them and though I hope I don’t have to use them again, I would definitely call them again.

I called my Water heater leasing company AHS and they sent City Plumbing and they came asap replaced it under the warranty and lease agreement within 2 hours , all I paid for was up to code parts . The service guy was so professional and kind and did an incredible job. I will definitely call City Plumbing for any needs I in the future and tell all my family and friends. Excellent communication: professional, quick responses and clear explanations of the work being done. I talked to James on a Thursday night to schedule an appointment to have my water heater replaced and he was at my house Friday morning. I was pleasantly surprised. Other plumbers I’ve dealt with typically book appointments a week or two out. He arrived on time and did a great job! I wasn’t home but James kept me updated about the project until it was complete. He will definitely be my go to plumber from now on!
