Mike and his team did an outstanding job on our new central air system for our home. He was polite, timely, knowledgeable and professional. Mike also spoke with the inspector and helped us with all of our Mass Save paperwork - he has been responsive after the job’s completion in answering any questions we’ve had. I am very appreciative of the service provided by B&E Mechanical. They provided a help to me when no one else was even willing to figure out what was causing leaks in the wall and in the insulation of my ducts. They worked with the town, filed the paperwork for the permit to repair, met with the town inspector and worked with my insurance to open the wall, insulate the ducts to remedy the issue and did a follow up after the repairs. The professionalism, punctuality, knowledge and the ability to provide all the possible solutions is absolutely outstanding. I called B & E mechanical on a Friday and Mike was at my house promptly at 8:00am on Monday as promised. Mike was the 3rd technician to come to my house and check my A/C. Mike took the condenser apart and checked everything. He removed the fan motor which didn’t work and then continued to test the compressor. Mike didn’t take any shortcuts and because of his diligence saved me $8,000.00. (The other technicians assumed the compressor didn’t work as well but never tested it and both said I needed a condenser unit.) Mike was able to hunt down a fan motor and had my unit up and running in the afternoon. I can’t say enough about his professionalism, honesty and sincerity. His rates were more than reasonable.
