We just completed our 21 window preservation project at our 1852-built home. We couldn’t possibly be more delighted than we have been with the team at Bagala Window Works. Everyone involved from beginning to completion of the project treated us and our home respectfully and demonstrated the highest levels of professional craftsmanship and sensitivity to the historic integrity of our home. Highly Recommended!!
We had Bagala restore 4 large windows in the kitchen of our 1850s house and are delighted with the outcome. We were on the waitlist a mighty long time (covid-induced staffing issues), but it was worth it. The rehabbed windows look and work great, and communication with Bagala's team was super at all points. All upticks from the original price quote were sent to us for approval in advance--minor in any event--and there were no surprises. The folks that did the removal and then reinstallation were at that sweet spot of being both friendly and professional. Both of those steps were done with minimal disruption to our daily lives as they worked.
I own a circa 1840's home in Maine and Bagala Window Works just completed restoring many of my windows. Not only was the quality of their work outstanding, but the company is professional and wonderful to work with. Every employee I encountered, from the receptionist to the craftsmen, were kind, respectful, and hardworking. Great communication throughout the project and I'm so pleased with my restored windows!
