Bailey & Son's Construction

A kitchen, dining room, living room, and bedroom remodel started and finished on time, according to a July 2021 Google review of Bailey & Son’s Construction. The company describes itself as a family-run contractor in West Brookfield, offering kitchen and bath remodeling, windows and doors, roofing, siding, painting, outdoor decks, and snow removal. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration is active under Bailey And Sons Construction LLC. Customers writing from 2018 through 2021 described both remodeling projects and individual repairs. In a January 2019 Google review, a homeowner said Jessie listened to their ideas and suggested changes when he thought something could work better. The customer credited Jessie and his son Brad with creating a new space from an area they had called the dungeon, praised their communication, and said Jessie left the work area clean at the end of each work week. That reviewer also called the quote reasonable. Deck work appears in several dated accounts. A June 2020 Google reviewer praised a new deck and described the company as timely. An August 2018 HomeAdvisor customer was pleased with deck-board replacement and the price. In a July 2018 review, another customer described deck staining and replacement of old railings with vinyl railings, saying the project finished on time and the site was left clean. A separate July 2018 HomeAdvisor review described replacing three rotted window sills with vinyl and fitting new frames around them. That homeowner said Jessie and his son also shored up an existing deck and replaced compromised metal braces, with praise for communication and cleanup. A March 2018 customer described switching the home’s siding to vinyl and wrapping the end-caps and doors. Google lists a 5-star average from five ratings; HomeAdvisor lists 4.9 stars from 13 ratings. In a June 2018 HomeAdvisor review, a customer said the quote was easy to read, the work was explained, and it was completed as requested.
