Baldon Cleaning Services

Baldon Cleaning Services is a mother-and-daughter operation in Peabody — Larissa and Giovania — and what clients keep describing is the follow-through: furniture moved to get behind it, rooms put back the way they were, a heads-up when the supplies are running low. Their site describes a family-run residential and commercial service across the North Shore, covering recurring, deep, move-in/move-out, post-construction, office and Airbnb turnover cleaning, and credits the pair with over nine years of professional cleaning experience. Thumbtack carries a background check on Larissa Meneli and 68 project photos. The written accounts all land between June and August 2026, and Google shows 5 stars from 17 ratings. Nine of them single out attention to detail, and six describe the communication — one client in August 2026 wrote that Larissa lets them know ahead of time when she needs to come later in the day, and tells them when they are running out of products. A June 2026 client said she moves furniture to reach the hard spots and leaves the house sparkling every week; another that month wrote that she "actually cleans rooms properly and also puts everything back in place". The bigger jobs show up too. A household that had been living in a construction zone for several months said in June 2026 that the place came back as a whole new home, and an August 2026 deep clean left the floors and kitchen appliances shining. Two clients hired them for short-term rentals: a July 2026 host said the Airbnb was left guest-ready, spotlessly clean and organized, and a June 2026 client said the apartment is prepared to a very high standard before every guest arrives. This is a two-person business — Thumbtack lists two employees — so if you need a whole house turned around on a fixed date, settle the schedule early. Otherwise it is a straightforward call for weekly or biweekly housekeeping, a post-renovation clean, or rental turnovers on the North Shore; agree up front which rooms a deep clean covers and who supplies the products.
