The company describes itself as family-owned, with over 40 years in pest control across Eastern Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire. A recent customer said they came out the next business day for a wasp nest. A recent customer wrote that a mice problem another pest company had not solved was resolved. A 2025 customer wrote that Rick does exclusion work to keep mice out without anticoagulant poisons, and that his prices were lower than other pest control companies they had used. A 2024 customer said Rick showed up the same day for a large wasp nest in a closet ceiling and removed the nest a week later. A 2023 customer who paid $625 for a six-month contract said Rick was responsive for the first four to six weeks, then days and weeks went by with no response to texts. A 2023 customer wrote that after the service he never returned to finish the job and did not honor his warranty.
