Catseye Pest Control's Nashua branch handles rodents, insects, and nuisance wildlife across the region — mice and rats, squirrels, bats, bees, and birds — plus exclusion work like sealing entry points and installing systems such as Catguard to keep animals from getting back in. The most recent stretch of reviews is remarkably consistent: 32 in the last six months, all but one of them positive, and the same names come up again and again — Alan, Gary, Edwin, Doel and others — for showing up, explaining what they found, and following through month to month. A 2024 review described a persistent basement mouse problem that cleared up entirely after enrolling in the annual service; another described a bird problem in an attic solved by cleaning out and re-screening the vents. A 2023 review described a Catguard exclusion system installed with a clear walkthrough of what would be done and when, and a separate 2023 review described a nuisance woodchuck removed after a technician explained the process and followed up quickly. A cluster of sharper complaints, mostly from 2023, tells a different story. A December 2023 review described paying $1,000 to remove an animal causing noise problems, only to have two weeks pass with nothing done beyond setting mouse traps despite repeated calls. A January 2023 review described a crew that left a job about a quarter finished after one day, requiring many calls to get it back on track. Other 2023 reviews described a missed appointment window despite a confirmation text, and exclusion work — sealing cracks, installing bat cones — left unfinished, with feces cleanup and screening still pending. Even recently, an August 2026 review described paying nearly $200 for a visit where the technician skipped one rental unit and bypassed another without a call, despite a confirmed appointment and lockbox instructions. The overall pattern favors the last two years: recent, detailed reviews describe attentive, knowledgeable technicians who follow up as promised, while the more serious complaints cluster in 2023. Still, with a real incident as recent as this August, it's worth confirming exactly which units or areas will be serviced on a given visit and following up if anything gets skipped.
Edwin is the best! Second time he’s come to my house and always professional and friendly.
Excellent work bating for rats. Tenants are very satisfied with the work.
Alan was amazing. He was professional and non judgmental about my mouse phobia.
I call every time to ensure the scheduled time and remind Catseye of my lockbox so no one has to be physically home. Instead, I get a report that they bypassed my unit - no call or anything…they also skipped unit 3 so I just paid nearly $200 for them to quickly go into unit 1 and the basement. I am extremely organized and thorough and texted/called/etc and provided detailed instructions on how to gain access to my unit and provided contract details. They clearly did not transfer over knowledge when my original person (Edwin) moved on and now it’s Leonard. I previously left a 5 star review and I will take this review down if they rectify the situation and ensure they service my units per the contract. I am a landlord currently abroad in Ireland and I am forced to micromanage the services because I can’t feel like there would be reliability unless I do.
Alan did a great job. And let me know about an opening that will need a more extensive repair.
