Suburban Wildlife Control is a Windham, NH business run by Bob Noviello, who says on the company's site he's been operating since 1999 with a background in wildlife biology (a B.S. in Wildlife Management from UNH) and membership in groups including Bat Conservation International and the NH chapter of the National Wildlife Control Operators Association. The company handles both wildlife removal — bats, rodents, and other animals in homes — and general pest control. It describes itself as fully licensed, and its BBB profile lists two New Hampshire license numbers, though neither is verified against a state registry. The written record here is short and genuinely split. Two February 2026 reviews describe successful jobs: one customer said Bob found and sealed the entry points bats were using to get into an attic, and another described a thorough plan to eliminate and keep out a serious mouse problem after other approaches had failed. A June 2025 review likewise praised a fast response to a mouse infestation. But a review posted the same week as the bat-eviction praise told a different story — the reviewer said a bat problem was still unresolved a year later, accused the company of disregarding state law, and said it wouldn't honor its commitments, without giving further specifics. Separately, the Better Business Bureau, which gives the company a B rating without accreditation, records one complaint against it for failing to respond. For anyone hiring specifically for bat or wildlife exclusion, it's worth asking pointed questions about the guarantee and the timeline before signing on, given how directly the negative account conflicts with the positive ones about the same kind of job.
Hired Bob to get rid of the bats from our attic. He located the entry point they were getting in, evicted them, then identified and addressed all other possible entry points by sealing them up. Nice guy happy with their service and results.
I was invaded with mice so bad. I tried everything from poison to setting my own traps and they just seem to get worse. Thankfully, I called urban wildlife control. They came out explained exactly what What they would do to not only eliminate them, but prevent more from coming in they were extremely professional and knowledgeable. I’m so thankful I called them. My house is now rodent free. I would highly recommend this company to anybody. It was the best call I ever made.
HOMEOWNERS STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Go read all the real reviews on yelp before hiring this company. That is the first mistake we made unfortunately before hiring him to remediate our bat problem which still exists a year later. No regard for state laws and will not honor his supposed warranty when the problem still exists after he's been paid thousands of dollars. Not quite sure how this guy can sleep at night screwing over people that have trusted in him to take care of a very concerning matter. When you reach out to ask him to come back you will be yelled at, talked over and told he is done. I will now be contacting the state of NH and MA to make them aware of how this company conducts his business or lack thereof... He prays on women and people in these very concerning times. Shame on you Bob Noviello!!!!
Can say enough about Bob and his assistant today! Arrived quickly, assessed my mouse situation and laid some traps. Highly recommend Suburban Wild life Control!
