Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration is active, and the BBB has accredited the company since 2016 with an A+ grade. The written customer history is thin. Google shows a 4-star average across 10 ratings, and only three of those carry text. In November 2025 one called them "Best renovation company in New England hands down," with nothing behind it; in a February 2026 review, another described an office staffer who "stayed calm, patient" through a stressful call. What fills the gap is the work itself: Houzz shows 10 project portfolios in Nantucket, Falmouth, Yarmouth, Provincetown and Edgartown, with typical job costs listed at $400,000 to $5 million. Design partners have credited the build team publicly too — a March 2026 LinkedIn post about a multi-generational Cape Cod home, and a June 2024 post about a project near Boston with Maryann Thompson Architects. The one negative on file, a single star posted in August 2025, has nothing to do with the building: a reviewer said whoever drives the company truck is putting people at risk on the road. This is a builder for the large end of the market: a Cape house from the ground up, a historic renovation, a substantial addition. For anything under six figures they're likely the wrong call. Before signing, confirm the registration on the state's contractor lookup, ask which of those 17 permitted projects most resembles yours, and ask to speak with those owners — with three written reviews in circulation, the references will tell you far more than the internet can.
