Beware. I purchased a furnace from this company in 2016. I was satisfied with his work and he has satisfactorily serviced it yearly since. This year (December ’19) he came for routine servicing – furnace was running fine. The last “equipment” trip into the house was his dog. I objected; he packed up and left – not finishing servicing my furnace. Problem is my furnace did not fire up after he left. I called-left a message that I had no heat. He never returned or called back. I had to call someone else to get my furnace going. So if you don’t mind working with someone who insists on bringing his dog into the house while he services your furnace and you are content with someone with his work ethic (leaving me with a furnace that no longer works), feel free to use him.

We called because our AC was not blowing in cold air. The technician showed up and immediately began working on the AC unit outside the house. He then proceeded to pull out machine with a three way valve, and attached the the tank and turned the machine on and off periodically. He then informed me that he had just put in 11 pounds of coolant and it would cost me 30 dollar/pound and with his hourly rate we were in 410 dollars already. Oh, and the AC was not fixed, and I was told that it needed to be replaced. HE DID NOT DISCUSS THE COST OR EVEN WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE BEFORE DOING ANYTHING, and gave me a bill of $410 with a non-functioning AC.

Very good and honest service. Called late on a Saturday and was told they would be there at 10 on Sunday. Showed up on time and did an excellent job for a fair price. Won't go into details of my furnace issue but they did a full service and replaced one part. I had not had the furnace serviced in 3 years ..... Very happy with the service, so much so that I booked a service for next year.
