Call East Coast Air with the heat out and somebody tends to be at the door within a couple of hours. It is the line the reviews keep repeating — a technician within three hours of an August 2026 air-conditioning call, another two hours after a July 2026 central-air call, a furnace running again on Super Bowl Sunday in February 2026, and in a 2023 review a 7am Monday call that had the part fetched and the job finished by ten. The Hampstead company's New Hampshire HVAC licence, MBE2501776, is active under East Coast Air, LLC. Its Google page carries 227 ratings averaging a flat 5.0, across 162 written reviews since 2021. Mini splits are the installed work customers ask for most: two ceiling units in May 2026, a single head in a main living area that June, three units in one home, and in a 2021 review a customer who works in the trades picked apart the detail — head and floor units centred and level, and one gutter run carried up the wall to serve a future attic unit instead of two separate runs later. In May 2025 a replacement boiler and indirect water heater went in inside a day. The service side is a small named crew — Pearce, Jonathan, Matt, John — behind an office reviewers keep crediting by name for answering the phone instead of taking a message. A December 2025 customer whose brand-new furnace quit had another technician's mistakes diagnosed and repaired. In a 2022 review a boiler cleaning came with a walkthrough of how to restart the system after running the oil tank dry, plus a heads-up that the expansion tank was near the end of its life. The one complaint anyone has written is about price. In a June 2024 review a customer who liked the technicians said they were charged $800 to $900 more than the work warranted and stayed only because every other company was a month out in the heat. Several other reviewers say the price quoted was the price paid, which makes the quote worth pinning down before the truck rolls. For a mini split, a boiler swap, or heat that has just quit in a Hampstead-area winter, they answer fast and finish clean. Get the number in writing first.
“I moved and East Coast Air has been great in southern NH.”
These guys are awesome! They're so respectful of your home and always willing to answer questions. They're very reasonably priced and extremely flexible with scheduling. I would 100% recommend them for any furnace or AC service or replacement!
I was very pleased with East Coast Air from start to finish. They installed a mini split. They were quick to respond, quick to install, and a quality job. Very competitive in price. I would highly recommend them.
Highly recommend! I was so happy to actually talk to someone to schedule when I called vs just leaving a message and hoping to hear back. They were able to fit me in that same day, had great communication via text on when John would be here, and he was able to diagnose and fix my AC on the spot. Very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. 10/10, will be using them again for regular maintenance and any upcoming issues.
100% recommend! Excellent service, professional and knowledgeable. Jonathan was amazing, great personality. East Coast Air sent a technician within 3 hours of me calling with an A/C problem. This company is now my go to for any heating/cooling issues and maintenance. Very reasonably priced for a same day service.
Jonathan and Matt from East Coast air who showed up to clean my heating system were terrific! They were on time, they were professional, and very personable.
